Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis the intralinguistic and extralinguistic conditions of training in a foreign language in technical higher education institution. As initial material for work on language of technical subject the profile written text is considered. Need of semantic uniformity and exemplariness of the foreign-language text is emphasized. The leading extralinguistic condition of training in a foreign language creation of positive motivation is accepted.
