Abstract
The problem of the organization of financial management in large corporate structures is always relevant, and in modern conditions requiring optimization of structures and saving resources, become particularly significant. The paper proposes a two-tier governance model and stages of the reorganization of pre-existing control schemes in order to increase the efficiency of the financial management of corporate structures.
