Abstract
This article deals with the results of the research practices of student potential with higher education. Particular attention is paid Intrahigh factors of development of student potential and their role in enhancing the competitiveness of young professionals. Studied environmental factors and personal qualities of students, as well as their influence on the development of student potential.
