Abstract
The article presents the approaches to the formation of clusters organizational model as an example of the Astrakhan region. It is shown that in the model structure play an important role productive enterprises, institutions cluster development, education and innovation infrastructure. The use of these models will allow enterprises to regional industry clusters to develop effectively.
