Abstract
In this article consider possibility of using cloud technologies in energy sector, benefits of their use, assesses the current state of the IT market in energy sector and analyze patterns of interaction of subjects and objects of energy companies with cloud technologies. Based on this analysis, substantiates the necessity of cloud technologies in energy companies.
