Abstract
It is offered to use film electric heaters (FEH) for providing rational temperature condition of units of cars. The main advantages of FEH, their constructive elements and ways of drawing on heatexchange surfaces of details of cars, and also some technical solutions for thermal regulation of the main systems and units of mobile cars in the conditions of winter operation are given.
