Abstract
World practice shows that the successful creation of special economic zones, and the project is being implemented on the territory of the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the problems and prospects of development of special economic zone "Astrakhan". The author wants to analyze and consider the benefits of this territory, the economic situation and investment areas.
