Abstract
This article is devoted to analysis of the results of endoscopic research at 121 patient with ulcer disease. The high frequency of endoscopic changes is shown in the esophagus, stomach and duodenum in the form of duodenogastric reflux and erosions of the stomach and duodeni. Erosions can promote the risk of ulcer complications, so such patients need careful medical supervision, the purpose of the most effective anti-ulcer drugs and schemes of eradication therapy and realization an «endoscopic monitoring».
