Abstract
The article investigates the problem of identifying risk factors allowing for the investment and construction activities in the formation of the risk management system in the enterprise with an integrated approach. The proposed classification and risk matrix that allow taking into account risks to the particular stage of the investment project and to establish a direct relationship of risk factors with the articles of costs and revenues.
