Abstract
In the article the structure of quality management of the project, approaches to treatment of the given concept is analyzed. Methods and stages of general quality management, their influence on realization of works under the project are described, recommendations within the limits of each method are formed. Methods of measurement of productivity of works and their quality with their concrete definition of merits and lacks are resulted.
