Abstract
This article describes the features of functioning and trading on the foreign exchange market in Russia. In this research the features of the broker activity regulation in the Russian Federation are analyzed, also necessary directions based on experience of the developed countries are found for branch future development. The article notes the deficient legal regulation problem of the foreign exchange market, and other problems, which prevent the high-quality development of this considered part of the financial market in Russia.
