Abstract
The article considers the current situation and prospects of development of the construction industry of the Volgograd region on the basis of the cluster approach, presents the research results of industry employment in the region for 2007-2013 and Outlook for 2014, proposed mechanisms of activation of construction activity in the region, on the basis of the cluster approach.
