Abstract
The article examines the problem of leveling and improving the of master's competencies through the development and implementation of smart technologies. Also is explained a necessity of smart systems in a master's program. The work considers the features of a smart education, conditions for it's implementation, expected results and difficulties in the development and use of smart systems.
