Abstract
Results of research of a problem of creation of corporate information systems (KIS) of non-state pension funds (NSPF) are given in article . Requirements to KIS of NSPF are defined, scenarios of automation of activity of NSPF are allocated. Approaches to automation of service of technical support of NSPF depending on the scenario of its informatization are described. Recommendations about a choice of Service Desk system are provided.
