Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the scientific foundations and principles of the anti-stress, modular technology education in universities in different fields. Educational technology in the form of modular training of students in technological and technical colleges is anti-stress, economically viable, since it does not require any additional material costs. It allows you to quickly change the course of the learning process and promotes attendance, academic achievement and conduct an objective assessment of individual indicators of the current and final ranking students.
