Abstract
The article describes the processes occurring when the temperature of soft offal. An analysis of changes in the physico-mechanical properties of soft offal, depending on temperature. Based on this analysis the author argues that the decline in soft offal below cryoscopic point leads to an increase in energy intensity of grinding process.
