AbstractThe article describes the characteristics of the economic assessment of transaction costs and budgetary effects of self-regulatory region. It is shown that the cost effects occur at the federal regional municipal levels. The developed approaches to assessing the effects of self-regulation institute in the construction industry could drive the market "shell companies" and unscrupulous companies that will significantly reduce the number of outstanding contracts and improve the quality of work performed.
