Abstract
The problems of improving the performance of a manager have always been the focus of attention of such science as management. Evaluation of the results of manager’s labor is the most important tool to increase efficiency of employees of the organization. However, there is still no uniform approaches in assessing the effectiveness of the professional activity of a manager. Above-said caused the relevance of the chosen theme of the article.
