Abstract
This article is devoted to the development of the game and competitive methods, adequate age characteristics of young gymnasts. The results of their research demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed funds in the training process of young sportswomen in artistic gymnastics. The findings can be used in the training of young gymnasts motor actions and monitoring the level of physical fitness.
