Abstract
In the article the problems of financial management in the formation of the capital structure of organizations, primarily its borrowing component, defined targets management decision in the formation of borrowed capital structure. Relevance of the study determined the difficulties management decision under the high cost and risks involved sources creditors defined financial stability of the organization - the borrower.
