Abstract
Development of innovative behavior of employees enhances organizational effectiveness. Innovation has a wider coverage of the entire organization , influencing business performance through human capital management practices . The practice of managing human capital contributes to the development of innovative behavior of employees , creates a possibility that the behavior of an employee can be brought in line with organizational goals . Competitive advantage in today's business environment is achieved through the development of innovative potential employees.
