Abstract
The paper is dedicated to the examination of the possibilities of applying the tools of strategic analysis in small enterprises in the sphere of trade. The article shows application of competitive analysis and also analysis of management quality in small commercial enterprises on the greasing substances’ market. Usage of these procedures contributes to an increase in the effectiveness of the enterprises’ activities.
