Abstract
The article presents the particular tasks and making new strategic program of the building complex of the Penza region. It is shown that the main priorities of the development strategy of building complex, the construction industry and building materials industry is the development of the field of capacity building complex, the construction industry and construction materials that will enhance investment activities, implement investment projects, provides a qualitative difference in the construction industry.
