Abstract
In the article were discussed various methods of project risks assessment. From the number of common risk assessment methods were selected the most appropriate for projects of energy saving and then adapted to the activities of energy service companies, taking into account its specific features. For some methods were given exemplary calculations about using of these methods for risk assessment in the energy efficiency projects.
