Abstract
This article is devoted to the analysis of education as a social and cultural phenomenon and education as personality traits. This study allows to define the educated person as the basis for future progress and strategic component of personal and professional development of the individual, ensuring the formation of a new moral-humanistic attitudes, qualities, the continuity of the growth of professional competence.
