Abstract
The article is about the problems processes of development libraries in atomic city of Minsredmash. The focus of the publication of soviet closed nuclear cities which are located in Siberia: Zheleznogorsk, Zelenogorsk, Seversk. This article discusses the development of the library system and the content of the book fund.
