Abstract
This article is devoted to research of technological properties of clays of the Penza field for the purpose of determination of their suitability for production of wall ceramic materials. It was studied mineralogical and granulometric compositions of clays, plasticity, binding ability of clay raw materials, and also linear shrinkage and caking.
