Abstract
This article seeks to examine the theoretical aspects of the issue of the need to expand the subject of the marriage contract. It is shown that the propagation-tion of legislative regulation of a significant amount of intangible se-family relations became necessary to review the subject of the marriage contract. As a result of the analysis proposed by the author, as a consequence, property relations, as well as their origin and termination can be supplied depending on the non-material nature.
