Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of method of systematization of lexicon on semantic groups at research of professional foreign-language terms. Relevance of problem of application of terms in development of science, equipment and production, and also problem of their functioning in the speech is emphasized. Three types of ratios between nonterminological and terminological lexicon in context of expression are allocated. The problem of terminology of auto road branch in German is in detail considered.
