Abstract
This article is devoted to the problems of judicial system which exist nowadays and must be solved. Also, there are proposed some ways of improvement of judicial system in Russia.
The main cause of slowing down the process of developing judicial system in Russia is poorly worked out terms of procedural legislation for fair consideration of cases by the courts.
