Abstract
The article is devoted to such a type of a fictitious family and legal status as a marriage. Analyzes the history of the formation of the institution of marriage fraud in the Russian family law, there are advantages and disadvantages of legal regulation of this fictitious state. Conclusions are made about the need to strengthen the Family code of the Russian Federation concepts and varieties fictitious family law, and the establishment of family law, administrative and criminal liability for sham marriages.
