Abstract
Introduction of bank cards is the most important technology trends cashless payments in the banking business. It affords all the individuals and organizations many advantages. For customers - convenience, reliability, practicality, economy of time, no need to have about one large amount of cash. For credit institutions, improving the competitiveness and prestige, availability of guarantees of payment, reduction of costs for manufacturing, accounting and processing of paper-money stock, the minimum time costs and savings of living labor. Cards as a financial instrument is constantly improved, increasing their scope, expands complex of services to their use [1]
