Abstract
In this article, I reviewed important aspects are deal with the direct provision of electrical discharge machining process, the so-called human factors affecting the productivity of labor and on the whole production process. To maximize the cutting process is held effectively requires the following conditions: firstly, nothing does not prevent or obstruct to this process, secondly, it must be determined precisely criterias and priorities directly in the process at the that department of full production, in the third, it is important the regular management to be in thу production process, fourthly, a specialist in this area should have a high level of skills and competence. Also, I want to note how all of these aspects affect the company's profits.
