Abstract
The article presents the results of the organizational modeling process of procurement for the needs of the University for example, Vladivostok state University of Economics and service (VSUES). Algorithms filing the initiator and executive in charge of procurement for the needs of the University. The results of the comparative analysis of the current legislation in the sphere re-procurement and procurement process VSUES, on the basis of the study highlighted the problem areas and propose solutions to overcome them.
