Abstract
This article discusses the long way by which it took the concept of law in the process of its development. Transformation of the society in the different historical stages require the approval of fundamental legal principles, without which there would be the formation of a mature society. Therefore, the idea of law is a fundamental, an integral feature of modern civilization.
