Abstract
The paradoxes of the existing theory of the electric field, including non-compliance of the boundary conditions the requirements of potential field (divergence and curl of the vector field strength at the interface is not always equal to zero). To resolve the paradox proposed new model describing the behavior of the electric vectors at the boundary between two media. Images are vectors of electric induction D and the field strength E, as well as their lines: outside, inside and on the boundary of two media. The initial conditions of the proposed models adopted: the independence of the electric induction D of parameters of the medium and the lack of requirement that the tangential components of the vector E on both sides of the interface between two media. Driven model pictures correspond to the superposition principle, methodologically correct and universal.
