Abstract
At the end of the XIX century, Belarus economy occur major changes caused by the industrial boom that swept the Russian Empire. Research problems in the Belarusian historiography have occupied many scholars and historians. However, all the works were written in the 70s of the twentieth century. In addition, industrial development was considered from the point of view of the class struggle of the workers for their rights.
