Abstract
This article is devoted to the derivation of mathematical functions, which are determined based on the equation of the lateral surface of the teeth of the spur gear, the surface envelope of the lateral surface of the gear tooth and the cutting edge of the cutter tool's teeth. Derived in the dependences are the basis for the development of a methodology for profiling cutter tool to cutting cylindrical internal gears by method of skiving process.
