Abstract
The Constitution of the Russian Federation in the fifth in the history of the fatherland, however, the protection of the results of creative activity there is not the very first years of constitutionalism. The Constitution of 1993 in the part 1 article 44 marked that law protects intellectual property. This determined the activity of the parliament to create a specialized legislation.
