The impetus to stimulate the development of CRM-market in some sectors of the Russian economy has served a tendency to increase competition. The company began to focus more on work with clients to make more efforts not only to attract them, but also retain. The paper substantiates the necessity of introduction of CRM-systems in commercial organizations, because besides the conventional methods of promoting sales activities, enterprises need to use the progressive form based on the functionality of the information systems.
