Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of the change of the heart rate in athletes during emergency recovery in rhythmic gymnastics. The results of our research show about the effectiveness of the means used for emergency recovery. The obtained data can be used to assess the functional state of the cardiovascular system in rhythmic gymnastics.
