Abstract
In present article the concept of the term "truth table" from the tool of description of the law of work of chips up to a method of an explanation of complex events (that is supported by the substantiated conclusion about a basic opportunity of it) extends. Ways of effective data processing in it and representations of sets of arguments and functions which it describes are offered.
