Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of research results of motivation of training in higher education institution. The dominating motive of educational activity is allocated. Research was conducted in control (traditional educational institutions) and experimental groups (educational institutions of the University complex) entrants, students of various courses, young specialists.
