Abstract
For a quantitative estimation of efficiency of business-processes at the industrial enterprise is proposed to use the method of analysis of hierarchies. The method allows to carry out a comparative assessment of business processes on criteria that are pre ranked by importance and influence on the receipt of final values of efficiency in comparison with business processes.
