Abstract
In the article problems of development of industrial control systems regarding formation of the software to them are considered. The reasons of weakness of the program and algorithmic decisions are analyzed, not allowing to expand opportunities of functions of management of computer systems with information (announcing) to managing directors at an absolute automatic level. Use of a new analysis algorithm and ordering of data on the basis of methods of mathematical statistics Is offered.
