Abstract
This article reviews the criteria and ways of increasing the efficiency of management. The study on the example of the control system in the "ECCO-Tyumen" suggests that the results and efficiency of administrative work ultimately control generally depend on many factors. The article identifies the main problems in enterprise management and methods for their solution.
