SPACE AND TIME IN THE ROTATING FRAME OF REFERENCE

Abstract
The article studies the properties of space-time theory of relativity on the example of a rotating frame of reference. Shows the inapplicability of the Lorentz transformations for a consistent description of the coordinates on the rim of a rotating disk. It is shown that contradictions are removed limiting transition to Galilean transformations.
