Abstract
In this paper, the main principles and methods of effective use of temporarily available funds of enterprises and organizations. The problem of inefficient use of free cash flow is relevant for companies with overhangs in the liquidity and solvency. Principles and methods set forth in this article may serve as a basis for making decisions about optimal for a particular company the amount, timing and direction of the effective use of available cash resources.
