Abstract
In the article describes the process of identifying potential users of the Computer Science department at Volgograd State Technical University. Authors presented the structure of the questionnaire used in the survey and described the survey process. The results of the survey are presented in the form of 12 types of potential users, separated by priority on primary and secondary groups.
