Abstract
The author, solidaritas in the strategy necessary narrowing in the economy of Russia representative office of public enterprises, offers to go not in the way of a direct their privatization, and to use other more effective experience of China and some other countries with economies in transition. In economic systems of these countries on the contrary strengthened public companies to global multinationals. And, at the same time, gave intensive impulse to the development of the private sector.
